2nd time I put out a flag on his harassment an warn him to stop -- he doesn't seem to care

5 & 6 were taken while I was in my CV room and this SS was taken after I finally got 8 ppl and started the room, he still continues to whisper me

This SS was taken after the battle and after I gave him a 3rd warning to stop or I would send in an official report on him -- he laughs at it, an continues showing no respect for me or the game in general. He apperently must think he is doing nothing wrong, but it is kinda hard to play while my radio man is going on a bubble spree tellin me I'm gettin whispers left and right.
